I get on Facebook so rarely lately, but I rediscovered this photo from a month or so ago.  I love it so much.

In Greek ‘nostalgia’ literally means ‘the pain from an old wound.’ It’s a twing in your heart far more powerful than memory alone

This is my new favorite Hardly Working.  Pile and Zanoose are both breakout stars.

ALMOST as good/shocking as Phone Fight.  Yesterday I told Dave that my favorites are the ones with extreme violence.

This was a great excuse reminder to waste a few minutes rediscovering Jello Time by Rafaël Rozendaal. Rozendaal is also responsible for creating Broken Self, ColorFlip, MirrorMouse, etc.
Most people know me for my websites. My subjects range from clouds to blood, from hands to farts, from hills to dollars, from doors to fire. A friend of mine asked “what is your leading path?” I cannot answer that question yet.

Lately, whether I’ve been going for a walk or checking the mailbox, I’ve had to run the road-crew-gauntlet.  All work seems to stop as the sweepers stop sweeping, the loaders stop loading, and the drivers stop driving.  A few days ago, as I pressed through the throng to get to the mailbox, I blurted out, “Would you guys like a coke?  Or water?”  The ice was broken.  They went from stony-faced to wide grins. Now, I’m greeted with “Hey, it’s the coke lady” and “Got any coke for us today?”  Makes me sound like the Nancy Botwin of the neighborhood.
