I made this print in the darkroom a few weeks ago.  Scanning prints takes away so much of the actual quality of tone on the paper, so I’m photographing them for now.

This is AWESOME.  An interesting look at natural human trends and coincidence.  I love it.

Abbott is known for photographing New York, primarily during the 1930’s.

“I took to photography like a duck to water. I never wanted to do anything else.”

A stop on our roadtrip.  Our most scenic driving day, the same day we went to the Grand Canyon.

Standard-Winged Nightjar, found in Northern Africa.  Here is a weird gallery of photos of it walking on the ground.  It seems like it would be extremely annoying to be this bird.

I came home for Easter weekend and had an impromptu Tumblr Meetup tonight.  Midwestern Edition.

Attendees included my good friends from high school Kat (pictured), Krug, and Will.  It was fantastic.
