I made this print in the darkroom a few weeks ago. Scanning prints takes away so much of the actual quality of tone on the paper, so I’m photographing them for now.

Abbott is known for photographing New York, primarily during the 1930’s.

Standard-Winged Nightjar, found in Northern Africa. Here is a weird gallery of photos of it walking on the ground. It seems like it would be extremely annoying to be this bird.
I meant to send this picture to Morgan as a joke. Instead I sent it to Tumblr. I had such a good laugh about it that I’ve decided to leave it.
