My body apparently hates me

I’ve had an excrutiatingly sore throat, headache, sinus problems, and general nose dysfunction for over a week and a half now and I’m really starting to get pretty tired of it.  Today I woke up and felt like I had Strep Throat, though I am sure that’s not the case.
